Cancellation Policy

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking

• Cancellation from time of booking to eight (8) days prior to your reservation is 80% refundable

• Cancellation from seven (7) days out until two (2) days before your check-in is 50% refundable

• No refunds will be given within one (1) calendar day of check-in. Example: If your check-in date is the 2nd, your reservation becomes 100% non-refundable starting at 12AM EST on the 1st. There is no exception to this policy, including weather or other emergencies.

• Bookings cannot be transferred to another date to avoid a cancellation fee. You will be subject to the same cancellation fees per reservation when rescheduling a trip.
