MOTEL POLICIES
CHECK-IN + CHECK-OUT: Check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out anytime before 11am. Your ROOM # and KEYLESS ENTRY CODE are sent via email between 2-3pm on arrival day, so you can go directly to your room once you get here! Remaining balances are processed with the card on file on arrival day.

LATE CHECK-OUTS: Late check-outs are subject to availability + a service fee ($30 to stay until noon, $50 until 1pm, and 1/2 the room rate to stay until 5pm).

EARLY DEPARTURES + NO SHOWS: Early departures do not receive discounts, refunds or future credits. No shows are charged 100% of total reservation costs.

SPECIFIC UNIT + FLOOR LOCATION REQUESTS: We are unable to guarantee specific unit or floor location availability other than unit size. We will try, whenever possible, to honor all specific unit and floor location requests on a first reservation basis. Main + Mountain reserves the right to move reservations with a specific request to another unit or floor location, but guarantees not to exceed the rate confirmed at time of reservation.

NOISE LEVEL: We are a lively place on the weekends! Main + Mountain is located in a historical building right in the center of downtown Ludlow. One of our finest amenities is our bar, located in the front of the building. While we sound insulated each and every room and stocked them with noise cancelling amenities, we cannot guarantee silence. We kindly asks guests to keep the noise to a minimum after 11pm.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: Each guest room has a maximum number of guests allowed overnight. Exceeding the number of overnight guests quoted on the reservation card, without notification, will result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all deposits and payments.

PETS: Although we love pets, we do not allow them. Violators will be subject to a $500 fine. If a pet is found in a room, you will be asked to leave and your reservation will be forfeited.

SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in any rooms, common spaces or walkways. We ask that you smoke outside of any coverings and dispose of your waste in proper containers.

DAMAGE POLICIES: You are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to the room(s), motel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the motel during your stay). Main + Mountain reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge the credit /debit card in such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Main + Mountain as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the motel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Damage discovered after check-out: Guest Rooms found with waste scattered around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a $500.00 maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third-party fees.
Damage to the room: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Damage to linens: Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged article.

OTHER CONDITIONS: While we offer free wifi connectivity, we will at our discretion terminate online sessions or connectivity to guest(s) for any reason we deem necessary. We reserve the right to enter rooms suddenly and without permission of the guest(s). Any data mining or crypto mining is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal of guest(s) found in violation. Any obstructions to property services or duties will result in termination of rental agreement and guest(s) will forfeit any deposit or fee collected.
By completing a booking, you (the guest) consent to and verify that you are in compliance with all Policies set forth by Main + Mountain Bar & Motel. You (the guest) will also hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card in full. Furthermore, you certify that you will complete the Guest Agreement prior to arrival at Main + Mountain.

CANCELLATIONS + RESERVATION CHARGES
We have two rates available for all bookings:
*Non-Refundable Rate: 100% of reservation cost is charged at time of booking and no refunds are issued under any circumstance (COVID-19, deaths, injuries, weather, etc are not considered as reasons for exemption). These bookings are non-refundable/non-transferable.
*Flexible Cancellation Rate: A 20% non-refundable deposit is charged at time of booking. 80% refundable cancellation from time of booking until 2 days prior to 3pm check-in. Bookings canceled within two calendar days of 3pm check-in will be issued a 20% refund. There are no exceptions to this policy and they are non-transferable.
There are no exceptions (seriously) to these policies. Bookings are non-transferable. You are subject to the same fees when canceling original dates and rescheduling your trip, including modifications made to an existing reservation. COVID-19 (including the guest not being able to sign the Guest Agreement Form), deaths, injuries, weather, etc. are not considered as reasons for exemption.
By completing a booking with Main + Mountain, all guests agree on behalf of all parties in the reservation, agreement with all Main + Mountain terms and conditions and constitute an electronic signature and binding agreement. You agree this represents and warrants that the individual electronically agreeing to the terms of this Agreement is authorized and empowered to agree to this Agreement on the behalf of all parties included in this reservation. You further agree that checking boxes to acknowledge your assent to this Agreement and/or performing any other similar electronic affirmation constitutes an electronic signature as defined by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and that this Agreement is completely valid, has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on and non-refutable by you. All sales and services are final and non-refundable. You further authorize Main + Mountain to collect any and all outstanding payments owed and charge the credit card you provided when completing your booking.
