Top Questions Being Asked…
• I am arriving today, what time will I receive my check-in info? By 2pm on your arrival day we will send a text or email with your arrival information - so long as we have received your Check-In Form. Check-in forms may be completed by clicking the link you were texted when you booked.
• Is it possible to get an early check-in? Early check-ins need to be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and an early check-in fee. If you NEED to get in early, we recommend booking your room for the night before.
• What days can we use the fire pits? Our fire pits are available upon request for lodging guests during their stay, between the hours of 3-8pm. Our fire pits are first-come, first-served while our bar is open.
• Does my room come with any special bar access or guest-specific seating at the bar? Bar access/service and seating is on a first-come-first-served basis and there is no reserved access for lodging guests. Please check our bar page for current hours close to your stay.
• Can I book a room over the phone? All lodging can be booked online. If you’d like to book over the phone, give us a call between 2-8pm Monday through Friday. If you don’t get us, leave a voicemail and we will get back to you right away.
• What is your room cancellation policy? See all motel policies.
• Is there a different phone number we should call once we are checked in and staying on-premise? Yes! We have a dedicated guest services line for guests who are on-site. This number can be found on the clipboard in your room, as well in your pre-arrival information.
• Can we bring our dog to the bar? Yes! All of our outdoor spaces are dog friendly. We are also family-friendly, so if your dog is questionable with kids, please leave them home.
