Note: The bar is a separate business open to the public with varying hours that are updated weekly on our bar page. Bar access/service and indoor/outdoor/firepit seating is on a first-come-first-served basis and there is no preferred—or reserved—access available for lodging guests (sorry!).

COVID POLICIES

1. Guest Form Required to Confirm All Reservations. Once you make a reservation—on our site or on any other booking site—we will send you our online Guest Agreement Form (here) to complete.
2. Property Cleaning and Room Disinfection. We are cleaning and recleaning all common surfaces on a regular basis to ensure proper disinfection using CDC-approved cleaners.
3. Socially Distant On-Site Bar. Seating is first-come-first-served and we do not accept reservations. All staff wears masks, and guests must wear masks when not seated. Electronic menus located at tables and throughout patio.
4. Contactless Services. To minimize contact, we offer Contactless Check-In (you’ll receive a code to enter your room at 11am on arrival day) and Contactless Check-Out (we’ll email your receipt). We have suspended in-room housekeeping for the season. Should you need anything such as fresh linens and towels, please call the “Whatever Whenever” hotline provided in your room and we will facilitate drop-off.

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK: CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our focus on uninterrupted guest service, we now offer two types of rates:
· Non-Refundable Rates. 100% of reservation is charged at time of booking. No refunds are available for any reason including COVID-19 travel restrictions or diagnoses, Okemo disruptions or lift ticket availability, deaths in the family, injuries, weather, etc. We cannot offer credits toward future bookings either.
· Flex Rates. A 20% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking. 80% of booking is refundable until two days prior to check-in. Bookings canceled within one calendar day of check-in will be issued a 20% refund. (So if you are checking in on the 3rd, your reservation is 80% refundable through 11:59pm ET on the 1st). No exceptions are available for any reason including COVID-19 travel restrictions or diagnoses, Okemo disruptions or lift ticket availability, deaths in the family, injuries, weather, etc. We cannot offer credits toward future bookings either.
Reservations are Non-Transferrable. We do not transfer reservations to new dates. If a change of date is requested, your current reservation will be canceled in accordance with your selected policy and you may book a new reservation.
NOTE: Our bar is open Thursday-Sunday until the end of the season (April 11th). Check out our Invisible Service options and opt to have your room stocked with goods from the bar prior to your arrival. Simply select what you’d like stocked from our Reservation Options while making your booking.
